I'm hoping that my job will become more regular, so that I can pay my part of rent, thankfully my parents haven't been asking for money unless I worked that week or if they need a little extra. Thank god for my rather frugal ways of saving ever since I was a child, I have small amount saved up in the bank to fall upon. If anything I'll have to go back to job hunting to find a second one in order to live, which is going to be trying but I'll do what I can.
I started to side projects in SAI, next to my original piece cuz I needed a break from it. They're both fan pieces, one of Sesshomaru and Kagome and the second a Hermione and maybe Draco and maybe Severus...DON"T JUDGE ME!!! Actually I've never been a fan of Severus in the romantic regard, but a friend of mine, ~LadyofSnark keeps leading me into these crack pairings and I thought 'why not?' so when I came across a rather well done fan piece for the pairing, I followed the link to the story it was based off of and now I'm addicted. Though I only read about three stories for these two, they're the very popular, very well written ones. I figure why waste my time with something that doesn't advocate how I feel about them? So I don't.
I've always been a huge Draco/Hermione fan, though not for the typical reasons. Yes, Tom Felton is sexy, BUT! I favor his character because there is so much room for growth. I think in the canon he was played up too much as the coward, he was stuck between a rock and a hard place and had to choose some very hard things. Seriously, what wouldn't you do to protect the people you love, and your self for that matter? I think that's what the Malfoy's positions were after the Dark Lord returned. Not to say that Mr. Malfoy wasn't a douche who belongs in prison. Cuz he does. However I do think Mrs. Malfoy and Draco do get a second chance, though a very limited one, but not unfairly. As for his treatment of the golden trio, well we are what we're raised to be. I do believe he's been conditioned to dislike them by his parents from the start, but then came to resent them for what they represented, not necessarily for who they are once he was put in that hard place.
Anyways, my cousin Keith also asked me to do a SAI piece for him, in any style of my choosing of him and his two brothers together. Its a detailed piece, so its going to take me a while and I told him I'd start working on it once my two side projects were done because I want to do a decent job at it, and that means I have to get ride of my distractions. It really pleases me that he asked me to do it, especially since he's not a bad artist himself! Or his twin sister, Kassidy
She's rather good at doing animals vs humans though, which is where I excel so makes sense. Do you think I should charge him for it? It is my time and effort after all...Anyways, the progress of my original piece is pretty damn far. I have a one major and a few minor things to do to the background, and then a few major and a lot of minor things to do in the front ground. Actually it doesn't sound like I'm nearly done at all when I put it like that, but when you look at it, it feels like its really close.
I'm pretty damn proud of the piece, especially since I revised it all. I hope when I finally display it, you all will enjoy my hard work!

Okay, she's known him since before they went to school together, the mishap happened in what, 5/6 year? He's obviously a loner more out of necessity vs want, he's constantly bullied and no one ever helps him but her, which is pretty embarrassing at 15/16 years old, they're from separate houses, and i'm sure his house mates are far worst to him about it then hers are to hers, and he says ONE insult out of anger and she never speaks to him again other then to JOIN IN BULLYING HIM. That doesn't say bitch to you? I'm sure he apologized at some point, she's was his only friend, and he LOVES her after all, so I'm sure he at least attempted even if she wouldn't let him. BITCH BITCH BITCH.
She never joint in thought. Actually, it's never confirmed if she did or not. I mean, she was called a mudblood and in the Harry Potter world, that's the worst thing you could ever be called. It's like....imagine if you were called...well...I can't think of anything really bad right now but I know what I mean. To her, he had betreyed her which is, in my opinion., what pushed her towards James in the first place.
A what? I don't think there is a truly accurate word crossing for the meaning. However words are more about intent then the words themselves, and like I said, he said it under such a situation, wouldn't you say anything to save your pride after being tormented by James for so long in front of the girl you love, who has to keep on protecting you FROM him? I'm just saying its a fucked up situation, and that its unfair of her to pass a final judgement on him like that over such a thing. I don't care what the word was, a real friend would of spoken to him about it, away from everyone where neither of their images would of interfered with their honesty.
The meaning of that name actually has been stated in the movie and the book, I think. It means filthy blood. Wouldn't you be offended if someone told you that you had filthy blood? And I do agree that he didn't mean to say it. As I said earlier, teenagers do things they don't mean while they are young and both Lily and Severus did things they didn't mean while younger. Also, in case you've forgotten, Lily never liked the fact that Severus was into the dark arts and I think that scared her a bit.
There is no way I can say she is completely innocent, but I can consed that teens make stupid mistakes like this often, and may even regret it later, therefore she isn't completely bad, but still, kinda a bitch.
lol no, thats not what i meant, I know Mudblood is referring to having 'dirty blood/filthy blood' but i'm saying its not translated over into muggle speak very well. What word would you and I use if we were going to use a derogatory term like that? its kinda hard to translate it since the 'wizard' world only seems to discriminate against those with Muggle origins, not other cultural differences.
True, but i don't think she had a basis of fearing him using it on her back then (or later, cuz he did everything he could to protect her, and hers).
